Golden Kamuy 3 and Yashahime - dates and trailers from Crunchyroll
After making the autumn schedule official, Crunchyroll also confirmed the arrival in simulcast of two other highly anticipated series for next autumn. These are Golden Kamuy 3 and Yashahime, the sequel to the cult Inuyasha.
This story takes place in Northern Hokkaido, during a particularly turbulent period of the late Meiji era. A veteran of the Russian campaigns, nicknamed "Sugimoto the Immortal", needs money. A lot of money ... Sugimoto thought he was taking advantage of the gold rush that hit Hokkaido, and instead he will find himself dragged among stolen loot, fleeing prisoners and dissident armies, accompanied by Asirpa, a young Ainu as shrewd as she is determined.
The Golden Kamuy manga is published in Italy by J-Pop who has published 19 volumes of the 20 available. The first two seasons of the anime are instead available on the Crunchyroll platform.
Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon follows the story of Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha's daughters as they embark on a journey through time. Set in the Japanese feudal era, the half-demon twins, Towa and Setsuna, were separated by a forest fire. Towa, desperately searching for her younger sister, ventures into a mysterious tunnel that transports her to contemporary Japan where she is found and raised by Kagome Higurashi's brother, Sota, and his family. Ten years later, the tunnel that connects the two eras reopens, allowing Towa to reunite with Setsuna, now a demon hunter who works for Kohaku. But Towa is shocked to find that Setsuna seems to have lost all memory of her older sister. Once they meet Moroha, the daughter of Inuyasha and Kagome, the three young girls travel through the two eras in an adventure aimed at regaining the lost past.
