Flight Simulator: the update is small, but it is better to reinstall everything

Today, Microsoft Flight Simulator has received the first corrective patch (full details here). This is not a particularly substantial update, as it only requires 333 MB of downloads. That said, Asobo Studio suggests that it would be best to delete the game and reinstall all 127GB of Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The advice is not, in fact, aimed at everyone indiscriminately. Microsoft explains that anyone who has had problems with the installation would run less risk by deleting and reinstalling the entire game. Anyone who hasn't had any problems with the D1, on the other hand, can be quieter.

This is certainly not a quick and convenient procedure and we believe that many will prefer first " groped for fate ”by only updating, given the minimum weight. Obviously, some players report that, despite having had problems with D1, they are not having problems with the update. Nonetheless, this is an official recommendation from Microsoft and Asobo Studios. It is up to you to decide how to act.
