Becoming: This is my story, preview review
A basketball player, an actress, an American football player. On Disney Plus. You may ask: what are they doing to us? It is the same question we asked ourselves, which is why we decided to give a chance to the new Disney docuseries, Becoming: This is my story, of which we could only preview three episodes: the fourth, the sixth and eighth, starring Candace Parker, Rob Gronkowski and Ashley Tisdale. Coming Friday, September 18, the morning will have gold in its mouth and the streaming platform will see the first of a series of episodes, loaded one every Friday, to learn the exploits and the story behind characters (more or less ) famous, who have not only made the history of Disney, such as Ashley Tisdale, a face known for having made her global debut with High School Musical.
To see all the films, live action and documentaries on Disney Plus from the comfort of your home, you can access the service with an annual (with 1 month free) or monthly subscription.
The series tells the story of the origins of 10 talented athletes, artists and musicians: among these we will meet, in addition to the three aforementioned protagonists, also Adam Devine, Anthony Davis, Caleb McLaughlin, Colbie Caillat, Julianne Hough, Nick Cannon and Nick Kroll. Executive producers LeBron James and Maverick Carter tell the inspiring life stories of world-renowned artists, musicians and athletes, or nearly so. In fact, if characters like the aforementioned actress are known to most, it is difficult to say how many people know Candace Parker outside of basketball fans, for example. But let's see together what awaits us on the streaming platform, after the discussed (and questionable) arrival of the live action Mulan.
