Beastars very close to conclusion?
Paru Itagaki's Beastars is one of the manga of the moment also thanks to the excellent animated transposition that arrived on Netflix. Apparently, however, the work is nearing its conclusion as reported by some advances regarding the content of Akita Shoten's Weekly Shonen Magazine whose issue 43, out on September 24, should report the announcement of the conclusion of the series within the next few 3 chapters!
If the calculations are correct, and there will be no pauses, Beastars will conclude its run with the 45th issue of the magazine scheduled for October 8th with Chapter 196 for a total of 22 volumes.
We just have to wait for the official confirmation, what do you think?
Here is a synopsis:
Beastars tells of a world populated by anthropomorphic animals, in which, thanks to progress, herbivores and carnivores are able to coexist in a balance precarious where sometimes ignorance and prejudice are the masters. This story takes place in the prestigious Cherryton High School, upset by a terrible tragedy: the heinous murder of one of the students, Alpaca Tem, which will put a strain on the balance within society. And while the investigations continue, suspicions at school fall on the Legoshi wolf, a predator by nature. But nature knows how to surprise, and what genetics has made known as one of the deadliest carnivores in history, actually hides a sensitive and attentive soul, as well as great empathy and a marked sensitivity towards others. In an attempt to shed light on the murder and obtain justice, Legoshi will get to know his schoolmates better and the unsuspected insecurities that haunt them.
