Vigor, Bohemia Interactive's multiplayer shooter, is also coming to PS4 and PS5, as well as making the switch to free-to-play on Nintendo Switch in September, according to the developers.

Vigor was announced at E3 2018 as a new game by Bohemia Interactive for Xbox One and PC, released in practice a year later in correspondence with Gamescom 2019, available for free on Xbox One as a free-to-play title. Later it also landed on Nintendo Switch with a different formula, sold as Founder's Pack for 19.99 euros, but it will adapt to free-to-play monetization soon, precisely on September 23, 2020.

The release on PS4 is set for November 25 and will also arrive on PS5 during the fall, probably close to the launch period for the first Sony console at this point. For those unfamiliar with it, this is a shooter defined as "loot and shoot", set on combat and the collection of resources.

Vigor offers a rather particular setting: at the end of the nuclear war, Europe is completely devastated and Norway seems to have remained the only bastion left standing: in this northern region we will therefore find ourselves fighting, trying to build a refuge and maintain a constant flow of supplies and vital resources, fighting against all threats wandering around.

Starting from November, therefore, also on PS4 and PS5 it will be possible to step into the shoes of the anonymous Outlander, with Nintendo Switch users who will be able to access it for free compared to what has happened so far.
