Control Ultimate Edition also on PS5 and Xbox Series X, here are the dates

After witnessing the announcement of the release date of AWE, the second and final DLC on the history of Control, Remedy Entertainment and 505 Games have released a new unreleased trailer on the adventures of Jesse Faden. The new Ultimate Edition version comes with a short video that opens the doors to this new edition first on PC and on current generation consoles, and then also on next gen PS5 and Xbox Series X platforms in the near future.

Control Ultimate Edition will hit the market in 3 different moments. The digital version for sale on Steam will be available for purchase starting next August 27th; in conjunction with the release of the new DLC which, apparently, will make us meet again with Alan Wake. As for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Epic Games Store versions, this new edition of Remdy's title will arrive no earlier than September 10.

The situation is different for the next-generation PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles , where Control Ultimate Edition will arrive first on the respective digital stores by the end of 2020, and then also be distributed in physical version at the beginning of 2021. As for the contents that will be found in this new edition, the package will obviously include both the game full basis that both DLCs that carry on the story of Jesse and the Bureau.
