Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey is available on Steam

Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey is now also available on Steam with several improvements and updates compared to the launch game, such as an improved tutorial, new visual feedback, more accurate animations and the correction of a whole series of errors.

The release follows the 2019 launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the Epic Game Store. This original third-person open-world survival game is the first title from Panache Digital Games, the independent studio co-founded in 2014 by Patrice Désilets. Following the original launch the game has received many positive reviews and prestigious award nominations including "Best Independent Foreign Game" from Pégases, the "Golden Pixel for Originality and Innovation" from JeuxVideo.com and "Innovation in games "by Ludicious Awards. In June 2020 Ancestors received the "NUMIX Award" in the "Large Scale Games" category from Quebec Digital Industry.

In Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey, players are called upon to embark on humanity's most incredible journey , that of evolution: they will have to retrace the first stages of human life, millions of years ago, and challenge a brutal world to ensure a future for their descendants. The game dynamics are based on three main mechanisms: exploration, expansion, evolution.
