However, according to what is coming out on the net, it seems that the title on PC is struggling to reach 60 FPS with Ray Tracing active on an Nvidia RTX 2080Ti card.

It must be said that at the moment, the 'RTX 2080Ti is literally the top of the range that can be found on the market. Precisely for this reason, many PC users are definitely amazed at the impossibility of running Watch Dogs Legion at 60 FPS with support for Ray Tracing technology activated. The Digital Foundry editorial staff also discussed it and, entering on the merits, they published a video after putting their hands on a build of the game.

According to Digital Foundry in fact, the build of Watch Dogs Legion that have tried it was set with: Ray Tracing active, all graphics settings set to ultra, a resolution of 1920 × 1080 and a framerate blocked at 30 FPS. According to the editorial staff, it was not possible to obtain fluid performance from the title by setting the farerate to 60 FPS, even with the use of an RTX 2080Ti graphics card.
