Spacebase Startopia, release date, trailer, pre-order and beta on Steam

Kalypso Media and Realmforge have announced the release date of Spacebase Startopia: this game of construction and space management will arrive on PS4, Xbox One, PC, Mac and Linux on October 23, 2020. The Switch version does not yet have an official date. Through a trailer, the developers also announced that they have opened the preorder on Steam: once booked, you will have immediate access to the closed beta.

The game is available in two versions: a standard edition that includes the base game and access to the beta and an Expanded Edition that includes in-game objects and digital soundtrack in the mix.

The beta is available in English and German and offers an incredible amount of replay value, including three tutorial maps, two singleplayer missions and a first version of the skirmish mode with random parameters, 15 rooms and three levels of tech tree. More content will be added as part of the regular updates until the full game launch.

Spacebase Startopia will be available on October 23, 2020 for Windows, Mac, Linux, PlayStation 4 and</a> Xbox One PCs, with a Nintendo Switch version expected in 2021.
