WhatsApp recently announced that with the next update it will be possible to add a contact by scanning a QR code. The same mechanism will be applied to allow users to contact a company or professional. The business owner can display the QR code in the shop or print it on business cards. With a simple scan, WhatsApp will directly open the desired chat without the need to save the phone number among your contacts.Once the QR code has been scanned, a chat will open with a pre-filled and editable message set by the owner of the useful activity to start a conversation with the company profile. Companies and professionals who use the WhatsApp Business application or API can follow the instructions provided by WhatsApp to set their unique QR code in order to provide it to their customers.
Catalog sharing
WhatsApp wanted to facilitate the customers' search for products by making the catalogs of products or services offered by the activity shareable.The sharing will be in the form of links and can be made via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or any other internet site. To share a catalog , the application WhatsApp's Business, it will be sufficient to press the paperclip icon and open the menu of the attachments . Here you will see the entry in the Catalogue from which you can decide whether to send all items or select only some.
