PS5: Naughty Dog hires for the next game

Only a few weeks have passed since the release of the highly anticipated The Last of Us 2, and a large part of the players are already wondering what they will do after Naughty Dog. Here in this early afternoon comes a clue as to what the future of Sony's California studio will be. Whether it will be a sequel to the team's classic IP or a totally new project, one thing is certain, the new Naughty Dog game will be released on PS5 and is already in the thoughts of the guys from this development studio.

As has already been pointed out by several overseas editorial offices, Naughty Dog recently published some new job advertisements that suggest that the studio is currently at least in the early stages of the development of a new game coming out on PS5. One of the three announcements concerns the position of a Tools Programmer and the one who will be hired will have to work with tools dedicated to the next gen graphic aspect.

The remaining two announcements are related to a level designer, specifically based also on the construction and processing of the entire game environment, and finally Naughty Dog is looking for an animator for the gameplay phases in close combat. Among the few details that lie behind these three job ads, we discover that it is a game with a strong single player component; now a trademark not only of Naughty Dog but also of most Sony exclusives.

At the moment it still seems very immature to try to guess what the Californian team will do after The Last of Us Part 2, above all because the clues are still too poor and too few at present. Of course, the new game of the dogs will be seen exclusively on PS5. What would you like to see Naughty Dog guys working in the future?
