According to what emerged from the survey (extended to 3521 IT managers globally), Italy has excellent relative data in all relative rankings (ransomware, malware, credential theft).The whitepaper (pdf) signed by Sophos reveals a serious concern by all IT managers, at all latitudes: the fear of data breaches leaves no one safe and the rigidity of GDPR regulations according to Sophos can be one of the prerogatives of the best relative performances in Europe. Specifically in our country, 81% of the problems registered were caused by configuration problems, against a small 17% related to theft of credentials: this is a figure that can say a lot to our IT departments, which now know where to go investing to make the cloud even more armored and even more useful for expressing your added value in the company.
