Acquisitions: Uber-Postmates, deal done (update)

Only official is missing, but according to Bloomberg the announcement could come by the end of the day: Uber and Postmates have successfully completed the negotiation for the acquisition of the latter. The amount of investment put on the plate to reach the handshake would amount to 2.65 billion dollars. The rumors circulated last week are therefore confirmed.
