TIM promotes innovation: the hackathon dedicated to intelligent spaces starts
The participants in Smart Spaces Hackathon will be driven to develop innovative services to improve smart spaces. In particular, the needs related to the Covid-19 emergency will be taken into consideration. During this hackathon, participants will be able to take advantage of the most modern Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Internet of Things (IoT) features offered by Google Cloud and TIM Digital Business Platform.
The software platform developed by TIM allows expert developers and emerging to use resources composed of specific programmatic interfaces. The program is divided into five categories:
Home, for housing; Office, for work environments; Public Spaces, public spaces shared by several people; Retail, the production and sales processes of companies; Care Residence, to discover the real value of the technology used to assist people in difficulty. The initiative, which is part of TIM WCAP's activities, also includes some winners. On July 23, the teams that have developed the most interesting projects (especially enhancing sustainability and inclusion) will win a prize worth € 5,000 each and will be able to collaborate with TIM to develop the projects.
