The OIES establishes a partnership with the Italian Sports Lawyers Association
Osservatorio Italiano Esports, the first B2B platform for networking, information and training for sector stakeholders, and the Italian Sports Lawyers Association form a strategic partnership.
The two companies will work to provide the market with guidelines and tools to navigate the legal aspects regarding eSports.
There are many difficulties that stakeholders face in developing projects and initiatives. Company investments are also hampered by the lack of ad hoc legislation on the matter.
For this reason, the partnership aims to clarify the current regulatory framework and to propose concrete solutions to the competent bodies. The Italian Sports Lawyers Association is the representative association of sports lawyers in Italy, the same is endowed with regional coordinations on the whole national territory and work commissions.
With this in mind, AIAS has for years now also had a commission specifically dedicated to eSports, made up of lawyers with many years of practical experience in the sector. Through its branched structure throughout Italy, AIAS periodically organizes training events and moments of regulatory deepening at a transversal level, concretely contributing to the development and professionalization of the Italian sports movement.
Thanks to its competence, AIAS is It has also often been questioned by individual institutions - sports and non-sports - with reference to potential problems and with an advisory function regarding the laws that regulate sport in our country.
