Suicide Squad and Gotham Knights: announcement in August? A report seems to confirm this

Over the weekend, the MarkMonitor company registered various domains related to Batman and Suicide Squad, immediately making us think of the next arrival of new video games based on these DC franchises. Eurogamer.net wanted to get to the bottom of the matter by discovering something new.

Among the registered domains we find GothamKnightsGame.com, SuicideSquadGame.com and SuicideSquadKillTheJusticeLeague.com, Eurogamer.net confirms how the domains have been registered by MarkMonitor at the request of Warner Bros, the head also adds further details.

Gotham Knights is the title of the Batman game in development at WB Games Montreal, the study author of Batman Arkham Origins while the two domains linked to Suicide Squad concern the new game of Rocksteady (authors of Batman Arkham Asylum, Arkham City and Arkham Knight), to be noted as Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League could refer to the official name of the project.

Both titles are in the process of being development for next-gen consoles (it is not clear if they will also be released on PS4 and Xbox One) and according to Eurogamer we will see a small taste of Gotham Knights and a very short preview of Suicide Squad during the event DC FanDome ento of 22 August.

Eurogamer.net has contacted the publisher Warner Bros for clarifications, the sources of the publication, however, do not seem to have many doubts on what has been reported.
