Star Wars Squadron shows up with the official trailer

Already announced a few days ago by Electronic Arts, the first official Star Wars Squadron trailer was released a few moments. The new title set in the far distant galaxy developed by EA Motive Studios has shown itself for a few moments, waiting for during the EA Play event of this Thursday to enter even more specifically the experience that the title will propose to fans of the historical Space IP.

The Star Wars Squadron trailer opens showing us a space fight between an X Wing and a Tie Fighter via spectacular kinematics. In this title, the Empire and the Resistance are once again committed to battling each other in the most disparate space frames, even if this first trailer does not provide us with any gameplay cues. The first section of the game should appear during the EA Play on Thursday 18, when the event kicks off at 1:00 am, Italian time.

The movie closes showing us what the official artwork is of Star Wars Squadron and announcing that the title will be released on October 2nd. It is not yet clear on which platforms the launch will be able to play at Squadrons, but it is very likely that the game will arrive on: PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. No mention, for the moment, of a version of the title also for the next generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

To see a few more pieces of Star Wars Squadron we will have to wait until this Thursday when , on the EA Play digital stage the first game of Motive Studios will return to show itself with new more in-depth game sequences.
