PlayStation Plus June 2020: the free PS4 games available today

The last month has seen Sony partially subvert the traditional ways of announcing the new free games included in the PlayStation Plus subscription service.

Rather surprisingly, in fact, COD World War II has arrived for free on PS4 already on May 26, freely redeemable by all players subscribing to PS Plus. Following this unusual announcement, Sony's top management then returned to the usual way of announcing the titles involved in the promotion. Subsequently, the official communication of all the PS Plus games of June 2020 arrived.

Thanks to the latter it was learned that Star Wars Battlefront II was selected as the second free PS4 game available to active members to PlayStation Plus. Starting today, Tuesday 2 June, the Sony community can therefore proceed with the download of the Electronic Arts game, to return to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the legendary saga of George Lucas. Released in 2017, Star Wars Battlefront II has enjoyed extensive post-launch support, which has enriched its content over the years.
