Crysis Remastered: the first Gameplay Trailer arrives on July 1st!
A reminder appeared on the official Crysis YouTube channel inviting all fans of the Crytek shooter series to wait until Wednesday 1 July to watch the very first gameplay scenes of Crysis Remastered.
The official premiere of the gameplay Crysis Remastered will officially start at 18:00 Italian time on July 1st. The video will allow us to appreciate the improvements made by Crytek and Saber Interactive to update the graphics and contents of the blockbuster shooter originally appeared on PC in November 2007.
The interventions carried out by the German software house and by the team responsible for recent World War Z are different and range from the addition of more cured assets to the introduction of a generous package of high definition textures, up to the support of temporal anti-aliasing and the adoption of more advanced particle effects, as well as the much-needed compatibility with modern multi-core CPUs.
On PC, the remastered version of Crysis will also boast compatibility with Ray Tracing managed via software by CryEngine to offer a more realistic experience in managing the effects of dynamic lighting. While we wait to admire the first gameplay scenes of the digital event of July 1st, we invite you to read our in-depth analysis where we rediscover Crysis waiting for the Remastered that will arrive on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch in the coming months.
