Borderlands 3: the Massacre at the Guardian's Breach starts with the new update

After offering us a little taste of the tightrope walking experience that awaits us with the Borderlands 3 Blood Cut DLC DLC, Gearbox Software announces the start of the new Massacre activity at the Guardian's Breach.

The new challenge designed by the captained authors from Randy Pitchford puts a strain on the skills of the Crypt Hunters, presenting special activities to be accessed completely free of charge. The new Borderlands 3 massacre is described by the same guys as Gearbox as "an extreme challenge" that does not just adapt to the number of players in its party but is designed for a complete group of four level players maximum and with "adequate" equipment.

The team must undertake a reconnaissance mission on the planet of Minos Prime and locate the source of a mysterious Guardian signal: once arrived, the players will be immediately besieged by a sect of hostile Guardians who have decided, for who knows what reason, to turn Minos Prime into hell.

The map of the new Massacre includes low gravity platforms, environmental puzzles and exquisitely PvE activities with mechanics to be refined in order to get the better of the fearsome mini boss and the final boss. The June 11 update of Borderlands 3 also marks the start of Phase 1 of the development plan carried out by Gearbox to optimize Mayhem Mode 2.0: the first interventions made concern the leveling of the statistics between changes of equipment and various changes which, in the intentions of the developers, they should improve the playful offer and content of the endgame of the blockbuster shooter.
